Want to go to maldives or bora bora or seychelles or taha. I want to go to a 5 star. I cant figure out which is cheapest. They all look nice. But i have heard the food in bora bora is very expensive, but the flights to maldives is very expensive. any ideas? anyone done both?

there have been talks that china and india are trying to built a base in the indian ocean in maldives. if this base is created what will its effects be on the US army based right at the tip of maldives at diego garcia and what will be good and bad due to this.
